Ordering & timing

It depends on order size. Smaller orders can often be ready within about an hour, while larger events need more notice — up to about two days for very large orders. Checkout always shows the earliest available time for your order.

Often, yes — it depends on the day and the menu. Message us on WhatsApp and we'll confirm same-day availability right away.

Catering orders have a minimum, shown as you build your order. Below it, our regular menu is still available for pickup or delivery.

From intimate gatherings of 10 up to events of 500 or more. Planning something bigger? Just ask — we'll make it work.

Absolutely. Tell us what you have in mind and we'll do our best to accommodate custom menus and dietary needs.

Delivery, pickup & tracking

We deliver across Greater Montreal, including Laval, the West Island and the South Shore (Brossard and Longueuil). Delivery is distance-based — $20 within 5 km, $25 within 10 km and $35 within 15 km of the kitchen — and the exact fee is shown at checkout.

Yes — once your order leaves our kitchen you can follow it in real time, door to door.

Yes, you can pick up at our Van Horne and Chabanel locations at your scheduled time.

Most orders arrive ready to serve. If you need full setup or extra serveware, just ask and we'll let you know what's available.

Food, quality & dietary

Everything is prepared daily with fresh, high-quality ingredients — nothing frozen or reheated from earlier batches.

Yes — we carry a wide range across all of these. Tell us your group's mix and we'll recommend a spread that covers everyone.

We offer a range of Halal options. Message us about your event and we'll confirm exactly what's available.

Let us know about any allergies when you order and we'll guide you to safe choices. Please note our kitchens handle common allergens.

Payment & billing

Securely online by card at checkout — Visa, Mastercard and Amex.

Yes. We regularly invoice companies and teams — message us for a formal quote or billing arrangement.

Prices shown are pre-tax; GST and QST and any delivery fee are added at checkout, so the total is clear before you pay.

Need to change or cancel? Contact us as early as you can and we'll do our best to accommodate. Our team will confirm the details with you.
