It all began with a desire to bring Syrian delicacies to our community.

No. 02 · The first restaurant

Damas, then folfol.

Our fine-dining parent restaurant, Damas, was started in 2011 with the goal of bringing authentic Syrian specialities to Montreal. But we didn't stop there. Following the success of Damas, we decided to bring our bold flavours into the homes of Montrealers across the city.

Ablaq tilework, fragrant spices.

Our beautiful 2,500 square foot space features modern decor inspired by Syrian Ablaq tilework. When you step into folfol, you'll be greeted with fresh produce, fragrant spices, and an array of homemade dishes that will take you to the Middle East in a single bite.
